Company History

My name is David P. Guthrie, Sr. and I would like to take a few moments of your time to introduce myself to you and let you know a little about my company.

I have worked in the tool and die field since 1980. I started my company,  Mid-State Tooling,  part-time in 1995 and went full time in 1998.  Mid-State Tooling employs (2) full-time Journeyman Tool and Die Makers as well as  machinist.  We repair and maintain dies for companies such as Midwest Stamping in Sumter, SC - Kingway in Acworth, GA – Interlake Material Handling in SC, CA, and Mexico – Bosch Braking Systems in Sumter, SC along with several other facilities local and out of state.
